Miguel is the President and CEO of DTSI Group. He is the co-founder of the first BPO Industry association in the country – The Contact Center Federation of the Philippines (CCFP) – known today as the Business Process Association of The Philippines (BPAP) and currently sits on the BPAP Board of Trustees.

Miguel is the President and CEO of DTSI Group. Ernie or EDM as he is fondly called by his peers and friends, is a product of The Far Eastern University, a Magna Cum Laude  graduate. In the same year he passed the CPA board exam and landed at the TOP 20.

Ernie took up and pursued his dreams to become a lawyer but unfortunately he did not finish the course as he was already in a management position in a conglomerate company.

He started his career at Ford Philippines, and in the age of 24 he was already an Accounting Manager. Then he went to Saudi Arabia for a Financial Management job then came back to become the CFO of Kimberly Clark Philippines. He moved to Jaka Group of Companies and was appointed Group CFO and General Manager of the property group. Furthermore, he became the COO of Swift Foods Inc., a subsidiary of RFM Corporation, where he stayed for 10 years before joining DTSI.

Kirk is a graduate of North Carolina State University where he obtained his degree in Bachelor of Business Administration. Subsequently, he received his MBA degree from Duke Fuqua School of Business. Prior to joining DTSI, Kirk served in the banking industry for 31 years holding several key leadership positions in Sales and Operations Support, Banking Services Division, consumer credit to mortgage and retail credit to education finance services. He also served as the Country Head of a semi-captive BPO center in Manila from 2007 to 2009.

As a fresh addition to the Executive Committee, Kirk or Kiko (as fondly called by his Filipino colleagues) takes on the position of Global Sales  Leader for the DTSI Group. A valuable addition to the team, DTSI can expect a stronger and better sales force that can win more business for DTSI.

Jie is currently handling the position of SVP & Head of Sales and he is responsible for the BPO and Enterprise Sales Teams. Jie was part of Colliers International where he spent 6 years in various positions with increasing responsibility. He took Colliers from an almost nonexistent player to a significant player in the industry today. Prior to joining Colliers in 2010, he had a successful 10-year career with Megaworld, widely considered as the Philippines’ largest BPO office space provider. Jie, is a licensed broker and a faculty member of Colliers University. He is also a recipient of the following awards: Highest Earner 2011 and 2015 – Manila Office, Colliers Asia Award for Excellence 2011 (Sapporo, Japan), Colliers Asia Award for Excellence 2012 - Outstanding Achievement Department Heads (Lijiang, China), Colliers Asia Award for Excellence 2013 - Outstanding Achievement Department Heads (Taiwan). Asia Department of Year 2014 and Outstanding Achievement Department Heads 2014 (Darning, Vietnam). With this vast experience, he will surely  be a pillar of strength for DTSI to level up and scale up the business.

Jonathan has proved to be a force to reckon with in terms of Sales, specifically in telecom industry. He has over 15 years proven track record for exceptional telecom sales in the international IT/cable data telecommunications industry, from both local and global carriers. Jon has held executive sales positions as Senior Account Manager for PACNET (formerly Asia Netcom) in the Philippines and was previously based in PACNET's New York office as a Strategic Global Account Manager for North America from 2007 to 2010 before moving back to the Philippines. He is a significant player in the growth of DTSI from a startup company and now a considered industry leader in advanced technology and facility solutions provider.

Vi started working with DTSI Group of Companies since March 2010 and has consistently demonstrated exemplary performance as HR Business Partner. Vi was a major player of HR Team that revolutionized the Department and implemented programs that created more value particularly in Employee Services. Strong as she is, Vi was instrumental in definition Compensation and Benefits philosophies and developing and updating Company policies. She has proven herself as a pillar who helped HR to what it is today.

She is undoubtedly committed to pursue what her predecessor started. In 2010 – 2011, Vi believes that our organization can become much more stronger if only employees are fully engaged with what they are doing. Today, DTSI Group of Companies gears to another milestone: this time, a woman’s heart in Human Resources.

Alvin, as the Head of Strategy Management and Corporate Planning, oversees all aspects of the company’s strategy. His passion in integrating, bridging, and creating processes and systems has brought him to key leadership positions when he was in Globe Telecoms for 10 Years. He brings the same passion and energy as he leads the growth and strategy organization of DTSI.  A Professional Electronics and Communications Engineer, Alvin also has a masteral degree in Management, Major in Business Management (MMBM) from UPM, a doctoral degree in Development Psychology from the UPD, and a doctoral degree in Business Administration from the PLM. Aside from his commitment with DTSI, Alvin shares his knowledge and expertise as a Professor in the Graduate Program of the UP.

At the helm of the Strategy Management and Corporate Planning Head, he is entrusted to lead the approach in making DTSI a global and an institution in the technology and facilities services industry.
